Orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed and orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the 2nd business day. Orders placed during non-business days or holidays will be treated as if they were placed the following business day.


Coatology gladly accepts returns of purchases of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with original tags attached for full refund within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns made after 10 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a refund.

A return shipping fee of $10 will apply to all returns with the exception of damaged or defective items.

To process a return, please complete the Return Form. A UPS shipping label will be sent via email. Please note that returns will only be accepted using this label. Any other shipping method will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. The returned item(s) must be shipped within 5 days of the date the return UPS label was sent.

We do not offer exchanges, however we are happy to assist with a return and re-order.


Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation with the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the wrong item was sent or the item sent was discovered defective.

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
